A web-based application, titled SAP (Standard Action Plan)

Introduction
This application mainly automates the IRC document, standard actions. It comprises a comprehensive dashboard, and data capturing tool ,added with a validation mechanism for all the data by cross-checking according to SAP users’ hierarchy at the backend, so that the authorized and validated data be entered into the database.
This application basically provides information for management and individual users to monitor progress towards achieving the commitment and milestone. It helps the users to avoid conflict, observe changes done by sub-users. An approval mechanism has been placed to get authentic and validated data from dependent users and vice versa.

Dashboard 

For data visualization Chart.js, a JavaScript library has been used. This library has a built-in module for angular, which is incorporated in many charts.

The Admin-LTV theme has been used along with bootstrap elements when required .

When someone add quarter updates against a milestone. It is not submitted directly rather it goes to the commitment owner along with email.  When owner approves , then it is added to the underline table and appear in grid.
